We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.   In addition to our classes below, our trainers also do private lessons and personal training.

Mondays, Fridays

By combining fighting and boxing techniques with high intensity interval training, HIITFIT was designed to be the most fun and effective circuit training workout on the planet.

A special one hour class designed to take you through the workout and learn more advanced techniques in boxing, escrima and self defense.

Senior Fitness

Staying active later in life, even into your 70's and 80's can help maintain good health, strength and overall well-being. 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise on a regular basis has been proven to reduce one's need for prescription medications and the likelihood of having to be admitted to the hospital in an emergency. Regular activity also allows us to build confidence, as well as to better maintain joint dexterity, balance and mobility.

Special Needs & Adaptive

At Jing Shen we believe that everyone, regardless of their physical disability, age or health status can benefit from a functional exercise program. There are millions of people living with disabilities in the United States alone. If you are one of these people, there has been very few options available for self defense training. Big Box Fitness Gyms have begun to accommodate their facilities for wheelchair access, but have neglected training the trainers or adapting classes. We have taken this into consideration and would like to offer the Adaptive Community a new option. Have you considered the benefits of online training?

 

Self Defense

Weapons

Weapons training is the ultimate and most elite form of the combat arts. Starting with simple Escrima movements, this class can teach you to attack, defend and perform katas with various weapons such as swords, knives, sticks, staffs, chucks and more!

Striking

Learn angles, footwork and proper form for throwing punches, elbows, kicks and more, while also being taught how to defend against them!

Ground Fighting

Learn the nuances of grappling and ground fighting. Based on judo, jujitsu, aki-jujitsu and wrestling, you will learn from the basics to advanced techniques.
