Grand Master of Jing Shen Kuoshu, with degrees in kinesiology and anatomy Greg Fraser is a master trainer and instructor with over 40 years of experience. He is the founding father of Jing Shen Kuoshu, and has worked as the premiere trainer for adaptive self defense and rehabilitative martial arts on the west coast for the last 25 years. His understanding of fitness, boxing and martial science is second to none.

He has over 20 years experience in boxing and martial arts, and is ready to help you reach your fitness goals, no matter your situation, age, or special needs.
